Is Having Menstrual Cramps On Only One Side Of Body Normal?

Is it normal to have mentrual cramps only on one side of your body? I have regular flow periods, 5 days, and mild cramping varying each month. I'm 22, 5'5 ft tall, 165 lbs and healthy. But, I've only had cramps on my right side my whole "period life."
