Is Having Pluracy With Stuffy Nose And Heavy Head A Cause For Concern?

Was told on Friday that I have pluracy (water in one lung). Given 3 prescriptions: Furosemide 40mg. 1 pill a day which causes me to urinate; Benzonatate 200mg 1 capsule 3X a day for cough (cough is gone); Doxycycline HYC 100mg 1 capsule 2X a day (antibiotic). My cough is gone and this AM my head is full - such as a cold - stuffy nose and ears stopped up. Is all of this serious? I never had a fever. Benzonatate was given for 30 days. The other 2 meds for 10 days. Thank you for your answer. YYYY@YYYY
