Is Having Similar Symptoms Like Before Post Pacemaker Insertion A Cause For Concern?

I have a new pacemaker...3 weeks...I don t see my Dr. for a check for 2 more weeks. I am still having the same symptoms I was having before the pacemaker. Feeling like I am going to pass out and low heart rate. I am having difficulty getting in to see my Dr. for a check earlier...should I be concerned?
