Is Having Whitish Lumpy Bruise While On Warfarin Normal?

Hi I have a bruise about an inch diameter on my arm which has started to turn white and slightly lumpy in the middle. It doesn't hurt much just slightly tender right in the centre . No discharge . I am on warfarin so expect easy bruising but not had any white lumpy bits before. Should I go to my GP about it?
