Is Heart Attack Associated With Diarrhoea And Vomiting?

is it usual/unusual to have diarrhea and vomiting with a heart attack? Husban (white, male age 64) has had indigestion and severe tiredness all day...plus the diarrhea and vomiting. No fever, no shoulder pains, but says it feels like what he has been able to eat (crackers) stop right in the middle of his chest. He does take medication for reflux. Anything to worry about here that warrants a trip to the ER vs. Dr. visit in the am?
