Is Heavy Bleeding With Pain In Stomach Normal After Taking Mifegest And Cytolog?

Hello Doctor,, I had an early pregnancy loss and doctor gave me Mifegest 200mg (3 tablets) and Cytolog 200mg ( 2 tablet) . I took Mifegest first and 48 hrs later Cytolog tablet. I had heavy bleeding after mifegest. but after cytolog i started having somuch of pain in abdomen.
