Is Heavy, White, Sticky Discharge In A Teenager Concerning?

hi. when my daughter was stil 12 and half yr old,,she experienced discharge( NOT YET MENSTRUATING).It was not itchy,no foul smell.This continued until now that she had her menstruation already last dec 18,2010, She now 14 yrs old,The discharge is sticky and it is quite many. Is this normal?

She had ultrasound. The result is normal ovary.except for postive fluid in cul de sac. She took antibiotic for this already. How come she stil experience discharge. IS THIS NORMAL?
