Is High Fever Related To Stage 4 Endometriosis?

I have endometriosis stage 4 and recently had a bowl resection, removal of part of the colon and rectum plus an ileostomy which was later reversed. For the past 3 weeks, I lays have fever in the night and pile on blankets to keep warm. I take paracetamol or ibuprofen and it helps. I also feel terribly exhausted. Is this all related to the endometriosis? It's getting more nd more difficult to find energy for normal life activities.
