Is High Potassium Levels A Cause For Concern?

A friend's potassium levels are very high. She has no symptoms but was called by a nurse and told that her levels were as high as 7.1. Can she wait until tomorrow to be seen by a physician or should she go to an emergency room? It's Christmas Eve! YYYY@YYYY
