Is Higher Dosage Of Voltaren Advisable For Pain Due To Arthritis And Lumbar Spondylitis?

My doctor had appealed for the drug Pensaid Dicolofenac solution. He was denied. I have Voltaren Gel 1% for pain. Since he cannot get the Pensaid.. is there a higher dosage on the Voltaren Gel, and can I get a larger tube of the Voltaren Gel. One tuve at weight 100g is not enough. I have a lot of pain from every arthiritis, and lumbar Spondylosis, and bone loss in my left leg
