Is Higher Heart Rate Normal During Light Physical Activity?

I have a cardiac event recorder. I notice it automatically records when I am doing simple tasks such as doing the dishes, getting my kids dressed, or doing laundry. Is my heart rate really too high during these acitiviities, ir just higher than normal?
