Is Hip And Lower Back Pain Connected To Bloody Mucus Discharge During Periods?

I have had bad hip pain for about 3 months and it comes and goes on right hand side. I also have been getting occasional lower back pain. And have just had some bloody mucus discharge when i had my period two weeks ago. I had a ovarian cyst removed 14 months ago do you think this will be connected?
