Is Hoarse Voice And Pain In Legs In An Infant After Vaccination A Cause For Concern?

My 9 week old daughter had her 2 month shots on Monday. She cried briefly during the shots and was then done. That evening, she woke up from a nap screaming do to her little legs hurting from the shots. Ever since then she has had a very hoarse voice. Will this clear up or should I be concerned?
