Is Hot And Cold Flashes At Night Sign Of Menopause?

Do you think it's menopause because I am 46 years old and had a partial hysterectomy in 1998 and now for the last couple weeks especially at night-I go to bed cold and then wake up hot and then take covers off and am cold again-this keeps going on throught-out the night and is keeping me from sleeping very well at night-do you have any suggestions.
