Is Hot Tub Bath Safe After Rib Injury?

Hi, thanks for being here! I fell off my bike 4 days ago, which resulted in strong pain in my (left side) ribs. Dont think they are cracked or broken & cant see any bruising...and it is easing slightly daily. I am taking Paracetemol for the pain. Is it ok to have a hottub is my question?....
