Is Huge Bump On Head After Hitting The Shower Curtain A Cause For Concern?

I was recently giving my dog a bath and he tugged on one side of the shower curtain and the shower rod fell directly on my head. Should I be worried to go to sleep tonight? It s only been about an hour since it happened and I have a huge bump on my head.
