Is Humidifier Advisable Post Septoplasty And Turbinate Reduction Surgery?

I had septoplasty with turbinate reduction surgery on Wednesday. It seems the only relief I am getting at this point is when I am in the shower with the water running on my face. I went and purchased as personal humidifier, with a mask type piece that goes over you mouth and nose, but do not know if it is safe to use at this point, with the stents still in?? Please advise.
