Is Hyperovulation After Having Mirena Removed A Real Thing? I

Is hyperovulation after having mirena removed a real thing? I had my mirena out 12/13/16 and had a positive hpt and positive blood tests. I haven't had an u/s but having extreme symptoms, fatigue, nausea, hunger and thirst. Just wondering if it's a real possibility that it's twins, people keep telling me it's possible.
