Is Hysterectomy Advised For Woman With Fibroids?

I am 46 years old and have been diagnosed with fibroids. A scan found 2 in dec, a further scan in Jan showed 4 and I have just had another scan showing at least 5, possibly more. I suffered a miscarriage in October, and fibroids were mentioned as a possible cause. I know everyone is different but can you please advise whether a hysterectomy would be something you would normally advise for a usually healthy person with fibroids that appear to be multiplying!!
