Is Intake Of Lonagep Instead Of Tenoric At The Age Of 77 A Cause For Concern?

my mother,age 77 year,very weak in health, by mistake have taken lonagep 0.25 (my father's sos med) in the early morning instead of tenoric 50. the whole day her BP read as 161/55 with a pulse rate average56....at evening her bp was 148/64 with pulse rate 60. she is feeling very weak and can't move the whole day. what should I do now.
