Is Intake Of Birth Control Pill 12 Hours Late Alter Its Effectiveness?

Hi, I'm on Aviane birth control. I was 12 hours late in taking my pill on Thursday. I normally take it at 7 pm and remembered at 7 am on Friday. As soon as i remembered i took it and then took my pill for friday at my normal time (7pm). I then had unprotected sex on Friday. I was wondering if my birth control would have been effective again, or should I go get plan B? Thank you
