Is Intralesional Steroid The Right Medicine For Recurring Stye?

my 15 year old daughter had a STY months ago, with hot compreses get better, then again appear, same place and same treatment hot compresses and shrink a little bit...then better, then a month after apears again, and this time is already 2 months and nothing work, hot compresses, even doctor recommend, Zylet eye drop, and other ophtalmic ointments, etc, nothing shrink it, is not painfull at all, I think is already a chalasium, upper eye lid.Optmotryst and ophtalmologyst said, is too small for surgery, but she does not want it there for costetic reasons (is a teen), is anything I can do to make it shrink? is small injection of intralesional steroid good? will shrink it?
