Is Irregular Heart Beat Related To Perimenopause?

Hi, I'm 45 year old female. I was told some time ago I am going through perimenopause. I have recently become aware of having irregular heart rythms. I thought it may be related to drinking wine, but it seems to happen even when I don't. I drink coffee as well. Today I have had irregular rythms and a little achey feeling in front shoulder of left arm and feels like affecting left side of neck a little and very slight numbness in left fingers. I also had quick sharp stabbing pain in left side of chest near breast. I have never been aware of irregular rythm problems before. I don't know if I should make an appointment for this? Thank you.
