Is Irritation And Pain After Taking Unwanted 72 And Having Intercourse On Ovulation Day Normal?

On 8th Feb I had intercourse with my partner and i don t wanted any pregnancy now so i take unwanted 72 tablet on 9th Feb day after it on 10th Feb I had bleeding just only 2-3 drop of blood and now today on 12th Feb when I go to washroom I feel little irritation and pain and day of intercourse it was my ovulation day...and it was my first experience I was virgin till that please help why it is irritation over there
