Is it OK to take both 5 mg Cialis AND 0.4 mg flomax together every night for BPH? Flowmax alone does ease my urine flow rate, BUT Never kept me from waking with an URGENCY to pee several times a night (one year's use). Cialis amazingly removed my waking urgently to pee, on the first night of use this summer, i.e. as long as night air was warm. It quickly failed, just as we began cold nights.
