Is It A Concern When The Right Testicle Is Much Larger Than The Left Testicle?

Hello, my husband just noticed in the shower that his right testicle is MUCH larger than the left. He has no pain, but this is definitely not normal for him. I visually and manually verified that this is the case. We are quite concerned, and would like some basic advice as to how to proceed.
