Is It Abnormal To Have A Large Vein On The Penis?

I have recently discovered a large blue vain on the underside of my penis, it looks and feels very much like the one at the front, the one that every guy is apparently meant to have (sorry i don't know the terminology, i am 18 and am freaking out) is it normal, it looks like a normal large vain, but i have not noticed it before and its large?
