Is It Advisable For Tattoo Piercing Post Open Heart Surgery?

Hi I am 10 weeks post aortic valve replacement(open heart surgery) I already have several tattoos and want to get a large piece on my back finished,it is over half completed.Can I get this tattoo and what precautions should I take.The tattoo artist is very professional and uses sterile equipment.
