Is It Advisable To Continue Vivelle Dot Patch Post Complete Hysterectomy?

I would like to continue Vivelle Dot Patch, on my own. Have had complete/total hysterectomy 1 yr ago. Doctors around my area (common practice for docs here) want me to come in every 6 mos for checkup & I have no problems, no issues, I travel for sometimes 6-12 mos at a time. Can an online dr refill the patch so I don t have to worry?
