Is It Advisable To Drink After A Bypass Surgery?

Yes thank you. My brother of 53 had a quadruple bypass about 9 years ago...but he is drinking every day of his live red wine from the moment he steps into the house untill he goes to sleep....and he gets heavy under the influences almost every night. Is this dangerous for his health?
