53 YOWM underwent bicuspid aortic valve repair in 2009.....now with vegetation and valve failing. Recommendations are mechanical valve replacement......pt is semi-pro motocross racer and a lifestyle on Coumadin will certain limit that. Options? How limited is exercising on Coumadin?
