Is It Advisable To Give Taxim Injection For Children?

good morning doctor my baby is 5 years old.she is suffering from 104.5 fever from past 2 days. one of the doctor prescribed dolo mac 650 mg 1\2 tablet 3 times lumerax 40mg twice zetax o 100 dt 3 times aday . i have not taken the tablet zetax for non availability. yesterday i again visited doctor the fever is 102 so the doctor sugested for taxim 250 mg injection is it safe. do i am going in the right path.
