Is It Advisable To Have Sex After Vaginismus Treatment?

I have suffered from vaginismus and have used dialators and now can get the largest one in which means am ready for insertion of a penis. Failed attempts at sex before this so would it be advisable to have my first time with a guy i've met online but not dated. We're not looking for anything serious. It would be like a one night stand but I know this guy. I would use precautions and just want to lose my virginity as I'm 33! Due to my vaginismus I was unable to have sex. Should i do it or would it bring it back?
