Is It Advisable To Redo Stapedectomy?

My wife and I have just immigrated from the US. We have our national health card and supplemental insurance with Sunlife through her "Sick Kids" employer. We both need quality general doctors. I need a tooth implant finished by a quality dentist, and a stapedectomy re-do by a qualified ENT. We live in upper beaches and prefer to travel as little as possible...any advice?
