Is It Advisable To Return To Work A Week After Breast Surgery?

Hello I had surgery - excision right axillary breast. My job involves heavy lifting and stocking products. My doc says regular work anticipated one week after date of surgery. the surgery was on Monday, jan 26th . I return to work on Mon, feb 2. please advice
