Is It Advisable To Switch From Marvelon To Microgynon?

I've been taking Marvelon for a couple if years but am currently travelling in Central America and cannot get hold of it. I can however buy Microgynon which seems to have similar active ingredients. Is it relatively safe if I switch drugs? I've never had an adverse reaction to any of the contraceptives I've taken in the past (marvelon, Estelle, Diane 35 femadine)
