Is It Advisable To Take Medications Post Expiry Date?

My legs are in pain and the only paracetamol I have is three years out of date. It s been stored in a cool place though, and is still in its blister pack. I took one this morning (without realising it was out of date) and it really helped and I didn t seem to have any side effects. Is it okay to take another tablet?
