Is It Advisable To Terminate The Pregnancy At 6th Week?

Hi, i am 6 weeks pregnant for first time and having hypothyroid. but i want to get abortion as its unplanned and want to carry once my thyroid is controlled. Is it safe to get aborted at this stage? will it(abortion) effect if i get pregnant next time as suffering with thyroid??
