Is It Advisable To Undergo Surgical Abortion After Taking Misoprostol?

i was 23 days pregnant i, i took misoprostol tablets my method of taking it was orally taking 2tablets and inserting the last tablet into my virgina i took this drug with the intention of aborting the pregnancy. few hours later i started bleeding not heavily but just normally on the second day i just saw traces of dark shaded blood as against the red colored the previous day. at the end of day 2 there was no sign of bleeding anymore. and now it has being roughly 2weeks and i still feel pregnant. i sweat a lot, i feel tired, i nag, i always want to rest, my breasts feels fuller looks bigger and my nipples hurts me so much. i intend to run a scan later this week. so all i want to know is that in a situation where the scan still reads positive , is it advised to undergo a surgical abortion after the intake of such a drug called misoprostol?
