Is It Advisable To Use Sauna With Mild Symptoms Of Shingles?

Hi i was told i have mild symptoms of Shingles..and i have be provided the anti viral tablet since tuesday afternoon.. my sking is'nt as sore and i have little red dots on y face but they dont itch any more. I am going to the gym and was wandering if it ok to use the Sauna?
