Is It Appropriate To Start Of Norethisterone After Missing My Period?

I missed my period end of May.. I have done pregnancy test 4 times and today June 26 I did 1 more and still negative... Today I have started with 10mg norethisterone.. what do you think is it really negative or should I do another test..is it a good idea to start with norethisterone
