Is It Appropriate To Take Creon 36,000 Units As Prescribed Given My Slightly High Amylase Level And Frequent Soft Stools?

I went to my doctor yesterday to check the result of blood test, there was: Amylase, Serum 112, the reference range is 28-100, them is marked H (High).
I am having too many soft bowel moving.
My doctor prescribed me Creon DR 36000 Unit Cap (One three times a day)
I read that the Creon is prescribed to treat people that can not digest food normally because their pancreas does not make ENOUGH enzyme. I tried to reach my doctor but was not possible, I should have this medicine?
