Is it better to take Namenda XR at night? My mother takes aricept, duloxetine, and namenda XR. She was taking them in the am, but was so sleepy. So when she came from my sister's house to mine, I switched and am giving them to her at night. For several weeks she has been more awake, but last night she didn't sleep well and says she had dreams.
