Is It Common To Have Swelling In The Feet After Taking Cardizem?

I have PAC probably from my high blood pressure. After trying all kinds of medications, my BP is finally under control. I take cardizem 2X per day and demedex 2X per day. I know that swelling is common with cardizem, BUT my left ankle is much more swollen that my right. I hate to have to go back to dr as it took MANY visits to get me regulated. $50 each time. Is this something I should get checked out?s
