Is It Compulsory To Take Iron And Calcium Supplements Throughout Pregnancy?

hi, I am pregnant and completing 9th week by today. I m allergic to many odors like sofa fabric smell, room freshner, perfume etc. I was prescribed gestafol plus tabs for first 3months where that tab itslf causing me nausea. I was also prescribed to take iron and calcium supplements for the nxt 3months. Is there any way to avoid these tabs? Is it compulsory to have this tabs thru out pregnancy? Can't I have a healthy baby by healthy food itself? Coz this tabs increasing my vomiting sensation. Plz suggest.
