Is It Concerning That My Recent X-ray Still Shows Minimal PTB In The Right Upper Lobe After 3 Years?

hello good day last 2020 i had my x-ray and the findings is minimal ptb, then i do some test smear and sputum and then im negative, then today i took my xray again after 3 years and still minimal ptb , the findings is reticular densities right upper lobe. heart is not enlarged. bony thorax , diaphragm and sinuses intact. impression minimal ptb right.
