Is It Concerning That The X-ray Shows Fibrocalcific Residuals And Atherosclerosis Of The Aorta?

Hello! Please help. My mom s (senior citizen) xray result was few fibrocalcific residuals are noted at both upper lobes No active parenchymal infiltrates seen Heart is not enlarged Aorta is atherosclerotic No other significant chest findings. Hoping to get your answer. Thank you.
