Is It Due To Spleen Infraction There Is Pain In Upper Shoulder,nausea And Headache?

I had a spleen infarction 10 months ago, cause unknown... have had pain in upper shoulder radiating from abdom left side.. bad fatigue last 2 months, nausea, headache and severe strep throat 1 week ago. I do have fibromyalgia and get costochronditis ... trying to figure out what going on ???
