Is It Harmful To Take A Double Dose Of BP Medication?

Hi...I accidentally took my high blood pressure bills today twice..Didn't meant to. Kind of forgot that I took it earlier. The first one I took was around 3 PM and then forgot and took it again about 5 minutes ago.... Losartan-HCTZ - 100-25 MG TAB. Should I be concern?
