Is it legal for my doctors office staff to watch me take a urine test looking directly at me? The bathroom is a one stall bathroom located in a main hallway with the door required to be open as the staff member standing watching and allowing other patients, and other dr's continually walking by with direct vision to me sitting on the toilet.
